Annual Spring Luncheon: A Garden Experience
May 17th, 2024 — Chicago, IL
We turned the Evanston Golf Club in the Chicagoland area into a whimsical garden oasis without busting the budget, making sure every penny could go back to their incredible work. We rolled out a Bloom Bar where guests could flex their floral flair, draped the halls in vines and flowers for that 'walk in the park' vibe, and sprinkled in some twinkle lights for the aesthetic. And yes, the selfie station was Bridgerton worthy, with lush leaves and flowers for the guests to pose in front of!

University of Chicago
538th Convocation
June 1st, 2024 — Chicago, IL
We were thrilled to partner with the University of Chicago for their 538th Convocation. As you can imagine, Convocation is a massive gathering: approximately 18,000 bright minds and their families. The PCXP team was responsible for overseeing the dynamic flow of traffic, the distribution of programs, and the electric energy of welcoming graduates and guests. As the sun dipped and the clouds gathered, our team shifted gears to manage the transition from the communal ceremony to diploma ceremonies. Split across nine satellite sites, each tailored to different residential commons and degree types, the PCXP team ensured no one missed a beat. Ultimately, the day was a vibrant celebration of the graduates' achievements and we can't wait for next year!

Mayan LED Evening Event
June 13th, 2024 — Cancun, Mexico
The PCXP team collaborated with our hosts in Cancun to create an experience unlike anything we've ever done before. Over a 3-day conference, we were able to usher attendees through general session, breakout sessions, and into some extraordinary evening parties that showcased Mayan performers, an LED dance floor, and a jungle right inside what was our General Session room. This Mayan party was the final evening event for the overall conference.
