Americas Finance Conference (Hilton) 2024

From registration to revelry, this event was incredible! The PCXP team collaborated with our hosts in Cancun to create an experience unlike anything we've ever done before. Over this 3-day conference, we were able to usher attendees through general session, breakout sessions, and into some extraordinary evening parties that showcased Mayan performers, an LED dance floor, and a jungle right inside what was our General Session room.

International events require a few extra considerations like learning the language of our hosts, making sure we're aligned with the work culture, and working through the logistics challenges of planning internationally. When we saw the joy on attendees faces and the incredible talent of the Mayan performers on stage, it was all worth it!
